2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ticketever, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

3. Lawful Use

You agree to use Ticketever only for lawful purposes, including lawful event creation, promotion, and ticket sales. You must not use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Event organizers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of event information
• The legality of events and content
• Compliance with applicable laws, permits, and regulations

Ticketever does not verify or endorse events listed on the platform.

5. Fees and Payments

Ticketever fees are displayed transparently at checkout (€1 or 2% per ticket, whichever is cheaper).

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe).

Ticketever is not responsible for payment processing delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party providers.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and event changes are managed directly by event organizers.

Ticketever does not guarantee refunds and is not responsible for organizer refund policies or decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Ticketever is not liable for losses arising from:

• Event cancellations or changes
• Organizer actions or omissions
• Attendee disputes
• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical issues

Ticketever does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

8. Suspension and Termination

Ticketever may suspend or terminate access to the platform, with or without notice, if:

• These Terms are violated
• Unlawful or harmful activity is suspected
• Required by law or regulation

You may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not affect obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

Ticketever may update the platform or these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Ticketever shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
